Advises banking and financial services legal teams on workflow innovation using the Legora platform. Designs tailored solutions for documentation, regulatory compliance, matter management, knowledge sharing, remediation, and repapering. Partners with legal, compliance, and operations stakeholders to deliver product demonstrations, training, change management, and measurable AI adoption. Provides industry insight to shape product development, security, auditability, model risk controls, and roadmap priorities.

Manages APAC Deal Desk operations, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to structure, price, review, approve, and accurately book deals. The role supports quote-to-cash workflows, policy compliance, revenue accuracy, month-end close, audits, sales enablement, process improvement, analytics, and scalable frameworks across subscription and usage-based business models.

Leads and grows the APAC talent acquisition team while personally managing complex searches across sales, technical, and corporate functions. Converts hiring plans into regional execution, improves sourcing and recruiting operations, manages agency and RPO partnerships, partners with business leaders on workforce planning, and strengthens interview quality, inclusive hiring, candidate communication, and recruiting efficiency across Australia, North Asia, and Southeast Asia.

Partner with Account Executives on enterprise deals by developing account strategies, commercial narratives, pipeline analysis, playbooks, positioning, and sales experiments. Translate product capabilities for senior legal and enterprise buyers, identify conversion and win-rate improvements, and build scalable GTM tools. The role offers increasing ownership of revenue-impacting initiatives and potential progression into GTM leadership or other business functions.

Lead post-sale adoption for enterprise legal clients: design tailored change-management playbooks, run multi-year transformation programs, drive measurable ROI, coordinate cross-functional teams, and surface expansion opportunities.

Owns Legora’s go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for public sector and government legal buyers. The role builds outbound motions, develops positioning and campaigns, partners with Sales throughout the deal cycle, navigates procurement frameworks, analyzes pipeline and win-rate data, and codifies a scalable public sector GTM playbook. Success is measured directly through pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue across government accounts.

Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to quantify and communicate Legora’s business value. Build executive-ready value narratives, translate legal workflows and quantitative results into financial impact, lead value discussions with senior executives, train go-to-market teams, create value frameworks, and support customer adoption and expansion.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for APAC GTM and some corporate roles. Partner with senior leaders to define hire profiles and strategy, build proactive pipelines, run data-informed hiring processes, and deliver excellent candidate experience while shaping Talent programs, tools, and processes.

Support post-sale customer experience for legal teams: onboard clients, design and execute adoption/change management plans, manage stakeholder relationships, run success plans and training, coordinate cross-functional teams, and surface client feedback to drive product improvements and ROI.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations for Legora's AI-native platform, managing integrations (SSO, DMS, APIs), documentation, testing, and go-live. Act as technical point of contact during rollout and post-rollout support, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver technical training, and relay implementation insights to product and engineering to improve future deployments.
