Owns Legora’s go-to-market strategy and revenue growth for public sector and government legal buyers. The role builds outbound motions, develops positioning and campaigns, partners with Sales throughout the deal cycle, navigates procurement frameworks, analyzes pipeline and win-rate data, and codifies a scalable public sector GTM playbook. Success is measured directly through pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue across government accounts.

Partner with sales, product, and customer success teams to quantify and communicate Legora’s business value. Build executive-ready value narratives, translate legal workflows and quantitative results into financial impact, lead value discussions with senior executives, train go-to-market teams, create value frameworks, and support customer adoption and expansion.

Own end-to-end GTM initiatives with direct pipeline and revenue targets. Build, test, and scale outbound and growth motions; collaborate across sales and product; craft positioning for enterprise legal buyers; run experiments, diagnose funnel issues, and codify repeatable GTM playbooks driving measurable commercial outcomes.

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition for APAC GTM and some corporate roles. Partner with senior leaders to define hire profiles and strategy, build proactive pipelines, run data-informed hiring processes, and deliver excellent candidate experience while shaping Talent programs, tools, and processes.

Lead Legora’s partnerships and alliances strategy across APJ, focusing primarily on consulting alliances with global systems integrators and legal services firms. Build executive-level relationships, create repeatable partnership programs, develop technology, cloud, AI, and education partnerships, and drive joint commercial opportunities. Collaborate with global and regional leadership to establish operational excellence, balance strategic priorities with hands-on execution, and potentially build a regional partnerships team.

Manages APAC Deal Desk operations, partnering with Sales, Finance, Legal, Billing, Revenue, Collections, and GTM Operations to structure, price, review, approve, and accurately book deals. The role supports quote-to-cash workflows, policy compliance, revenue accuracy, month-end close, audits, sales enablement, process improvement, analytics, and scalable frameworks across subscription and usage-based business models.

Serve as the final technical authority for platform behavior: investigate deep escalations, validate pre-release behavior, detect systemic incidents, drive root-cause analysis during Sev1/Sev2 events, advise Product and Engineering, build diagnostic tooling and test frameworks, mentor specialists, and support global follow-the-sun coverage.

Coordinate and quality-check outsourced multi-country payroll across APAC, manage vendor relationships, validate reconciliations, ensure compliance and documentation, improve processes and automation, and manage HRIS payroll inputs (HiBob).

Support post-sale customer experience for legal teams: onboard clients, design and execute adoption/change management plans, manage stakeholder relationships, run success plans and training, coordinate cross-functional teams, and surface client feedback to drive product improvements and ROI.

Lead end-to-end technical implementations for Legora's AI-native platform, managing integrations (SSO, DMS, APIs), documentation, testing, and go-live. Act as technical point of contact during rollout and post-rollout support, coordinate cross-functional teams, deliver technical training, and relay implementation insights to product and engineering to improve future deployments.

Serve as a client-facing legal-product specialist partnering with top law firms to run pilots, onboard teams, deliver product demos and training, gather user insights to inform roadmap, build scalable playbooks, and advise on AI-driven legal workflow improvements.

Run outbound prospecting across email, LinkedIn and phone to open and qualify opportunities. Nurture leads, log activity in Salesforce, align with AEs and Marketing, support events, and surface market insights.
