Lead and manage all workplace technology for the Sydney site: onboarding devices and accounts, AV and conferencing, physical installs (cameras, badge access, cabling), hardware lifecycle, vendor and budget management, and local escalation above first-line support. Build and manage site technology staff and ensure SLAs and availability.

The Workplace Lead will oversee office operations, ensure high-quality employee experiences, manage teams, vendor relations, and support onboarding and budget tracking.

The Commercial Counsel will draft and negotiate contracts, advise on commercial risk, and support procurement activities while ensuring compliance and managing legal risks.
