Serve as a client-facing legal-product specialist partnering with top law firms to run pilots, onboard teams, deliver product demos and training, gather user insights to inform roadmap, build scalable playbooks, and advise on AI-driven legal workflow improvements.

Design and run certification-based onboarding and enablement programs for JAPAC BDR and SMB sales teams. Create playbooks, talk tracks, sequencing, and outbound frameworks. Partner with sales leadership, RevOps, and Product Marketing to diagnose gaps, align priorities, and drive conversion, pipeline coverage, ramp time, and win rates. Lead regional enablement for product launches, competitive shifts, and campaign activations to ensure reps are prepared and consistent.

Serve as the primary technical advisor and escalation lead for strategic legal AI accounts. Own technical health, incident response (Sev1/Sev2), account blueprints (data, integrations, security), drive adoption through enablement, define escalation and account-health frameworks, and partner with CSMs and platform teams to align technical outcomes with business goals.
