Administer and support Microsoft Windows Server environments and related infrastructure in a secure national-security program. Responsibilities include Level 2/3 incident response, VMware and physical infrastructure administration, MECM application packaging and deployment, SOE lifecycle management, Active Directory and Group Policy administration, and adherence to strict security protocols.

Support the availability, performance, resilience, and reliability of secure production platforms. Provide Level 2 and Level 3 incident response, root cause analysis, monitoring, logging, observability, automation, infrastructure as code, configuration management, and CI/CD improvements. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to maintain high-availability systems and implement sustainable corrective actions in a mission-critical national security environment.

Provide Level 2/3 systems administration for a virtual data centre supporting geospatial programs: maintain Linux (RHEL) and Windows Server environments, manage virtual servers (vSphere, AppV), script with PowerShell/Python, create MECM advertisements/collections/packages, troubleshoot complex issues, and collaborate with network, technical teams and stakeholders.
