The Senior Data Scientist will tackle business challenges using advanced analytics and machine learning, developing models and solutions collaboratively within teams while ensuring timely project delivery and documentation.

Lead development of React Native + Expo mobile apps, design app architecture, build shared npm packages, integrate backend APIs, ensure secure handling of financial data, instrument and monitor apps, contribute to CI/CD and testing, and work with AI-assisted development (Claude Code) while mentoring other engineers.

Support and coordinate end-to-end franchise operations including applications, renewals, agreement preparation, fee administration, record-keeping, stakeholder liaison, workflow monitoring, and process improvement across the broker and franchise network.
