Develop production-ready machine-learning solutions for propensity modeling, personalization, growth, retention, forecasting, and experimentation. Responsibilities span problem framing, feature engineering, model development, deployment, monitoring, retraining, and lifecycle maintenance. The role collaborates with engineers, product managers, analysts, and business stakeholders, while improving MLOps, data quality, model monitoring, and technical documentation. Generative and agentic AI may also be applied where appropriate.

Provides commercially focused legal advice across mortgage broking, lending, franchising, technology, data, AI, privacy, regulatory compliance, and corporate matters. Drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, advises on responsible AI governance and customer information, supports strategic initiatives and regulatory engagements, manages legal risks and external counsel, and improves legal processes and tools.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, and optimisation of internal AI agent products and shared customer communication capabilities. Lead cross-functional teams, define responsible AI practices, establish governance and success measures, manage WhatsApp integration, align senior stakeholders, and coach a Product Manager. The role focuses on improving broker productivity, agent trust and adoption, customer contactability, and engagement across chat, SMS, voice, dialler, and messaging channels.
