Provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across mortgage broking, lending, franchising, technology, privacy, AI, data, and regulatory matters. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements; advise on new products and initiatives; manage legal and regulatory risk; support customer complaints; improve legal processes; and coordinate external counsel. The role partners closely with stakeholders across a fast-moving, regulated financial services business.

Draft and negotiate commercial agreements, advise on legal and regulatory risks, support customer and regulator matters, improve legal processes, and manage external counsel and legal budgets.

Leads the Aurora to Core product strategy, roadmap, discovery, delivery, and performance for AI-enabled broker and customer products. Embeds reusable intelligence capabilities into core systems and workflows while ensuring compliance, commercial value, and operational stability. Manages cross-functional teams, aligns senior stakeholders, oversees pilots and launches, measures product outcomes, and coaches Product Managers.
