Support delivery of the Waldorf Astoria development by coordinating stakeholders, overseeing defect management and compliance, managing consultant engagements and contract administration, monitoring safety, and assisting with governance, reporting and project financials through to project handover.

Manage and maintain integrated project plans and the Project Master Schedule for a major construction project. Produce program reporting, conduct critical path analysis, resource and risk analysis, implement production controls, and present schedules to stakeholders using Primavera P6.

Provide Australian corporate tax advice, support transactions, manage tax provisions and compliance, oversee outsourced compliance providers, support tax technology and OECD Pillar Two implementation, assist transfer pricing and cross-border capital initiatives, engage revenue authorities, and drive continuous improvement in tax processes and controls.

Provide QA guidance on building projects: manage and perform project QA audits, support supplier/subcontractor audits, configure project EDMS (Aconex), monitor ITPs, calibration, document/drawing control, produce QA performance reports, and coordinate safety-in-design workshops.

Lead and coordinate EHS activities across NSW construction projects: manage compliance, paperwork and reporting, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, support incident investigations, deliver safety programs, and provide coaching and technical guidance to staff and subcontractors.

Manage trade subcontractors and suppliers to deliver building projects. Develop and maintain construction programs, coordinate design, manage procurement and subcontract agreements, control costs and forecasts, and implement EHS and quality plans while liaising with clients and stakeholders.
