Lead and coordinate EHS activities across NSW construction projects: manage compliance, paperwork and reporting, conduct site inspections and risk assessments, support incident investigations, deliver safety programs, and provide coaching and technical guidance to staff and subcontractors.

Manage construction project delivery by coordinating subcontractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules and budgets, overseeing procurement, reviewing technical drawings, managing documentation, and supporting quality, safety, and compliance. The role assists Project Managers and Superintendents through project planning, execution, meetings, reporting, change management, and closeout across multiple NSW project sites.

Provide national cost planning and estimating for building services trades (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, fire, technologies, vertical transport). Prepare budgets, detailed measures and estimates, tender analysis, benchmarking, value-engineering support, procurement strategies, and stakeholder engagement. Lead cost vetting of subcontractor returns and support sustainable and emerging-technology initiatives across sectors.
