Research legal and market developments, optimize content for AI-enabled legal workflow and research solutions, and collaborate with technology, product, and editorial teams. Support client and stakeholder relationships, brand awareness, and market growth while applying Australian legal practice experience outside a billable-hours environment.

Conduct outbound prospecting through phone, email, and targeted campaigns; manage inbound leads; qualify customer needs; build early-stage sales pipeline; book product demonstrations; collaborate with senior sales stakeholders; maintain accurate CRM activity and pipeline data; and use AI tools to improve prospecting, productivity, and customer engagement.
