Partner with the CEO to prioritize time, manage calendars, prepare meetings, coordinate board and leadership commitments, oversee complex travel and personal operations, and ensure follow-through. The role also supports founder-office projects, company events, executive communications, and continuous improvement through AI, automation, and reliable operating systems.

Own Linktree’s authentication and identity platform across signup, login, social authentication, account recovery, MFA, sessions, tokens, APIs, and business-account access. Build full-stack features with TypeScript, Node.js, React, GraphQL, databases, and AWS. Improve security, observability, rollout safety, and login conversion while partnering with Product, Security, and platform teams. Mentor engineers and use AI-assisted development to accelerate migrations, testing, and investigations.

Design, build, and maintain full-stack Link Apps features, partner integrations, services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. Own integrations end-to-end, including authentication, rate limits, versioning, reliability, instrumentation, and graceful degradation. Collaborate with product, design, partnerships, and business teams to turn ambiguous opportunities into measurable features. Contribute to engineering culture and use AI-assisted development effectively.
