Leads complex Edwin AI implementations for enterprise customers, designing ITSM workflows, observability integrations, event correlation, incident routing, remediation, and operating-model handoffs. Advises on pre-sales feasibility, mentors Solutions Architects, develops reusable delivery patterns, supports regional teams, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and external partners. The role reduces delivery risk, improves time-to-value, and translates implementation insights into product and process improvements.

Deliver end-to-end LogicMonitor Professional Services implementations for new and existing customers. Lead discovery, design, deployment, and configuration sessions; automate tasks using APIs and scripting; develop custom integrations; optimize monitoring strategies; provide technical expertise and product feedback; and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Development, Monitoring Engineering, and Sales teams.

Manage product and partnership success for enterprise customers of LogicMonitor. Drive adoption, retention, onboarding, renewals, and expansion through training, success plans, business reviews, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer value and advocacy.

Own customer success for strategic enterprise accounts, guiding deployment to operational adoption, value realization, and Autonomous IT maturity. Develop and execute AI Success Plans, deliver executive reviews, identify and remediate adoption risks, lead cross-functional initiatives, drive expansion, represent customer feedback to product and GTM, and mentor other AI Growth Strategists.

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for full sales cycle: prospecting and mapping accounts, booking demos and POCs, driving trials, negotiating contracts, coordinating presales/product/CS, handing off to Customer Success, meeting activity and quota targets, and providing accurate forecasts. Role requires travel and varied hours.
