Executes field, partner, and demand-generation marketing programs across APJ. Coordinates campaigns, events, webinars, account-based activities, vendors, budgets, MDF, procurement, lead management, and campaign follow-up. Partners with Sales, Marketing Operations, BDRs, and ecosystem partners to generate pipeline and revenue. Tracks engagement, leads, opportunities, and partner-influenced results while managing multiple regional programs and stakeholders.

Build and deploy customer-facing AI-powered solutions for LogicMonitor Edwin AI. Develop backend services, integrations, automations, and lightweight frontend experiences using Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. Implement APIs, telemetry pipelines, dashboards, cloud deployments, and observability workflows. Support prototypes, production rollouts, troubleshooting, and customer adoption while contributing reusable engineering patterns and product feedback.

Leads complex Edwin AI implementations for enterprise customers, designing ITSM workflows, observability integrations, event correlation, incident routing, remediation, and operating-model handoffs. Advises on pre-sales feasibility, mentors Solutions Architects, develops reusable delivery patterns, supports regional teams, and partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success, and external partners. The role reduces delivery risk, improves time-to-value, and translates implementation insights into product and process improvements.
