Lead discovery, design, deployment, and configuration sessions; automate tasks using APIs and scripting; develop custom integrations; optimize monitoring strategies; provide technical expertise and product feedback; and collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Training, Product, Development, Monitoring Engineering, and Sales teams.

Manage product and partnership success for enterprise customers of LogicMonitor. Drive adoption, retention, onboarding, renewals, and expansion through training, success plans, business reviews, escalation management, and cross-functional coordination to ensure customer value and advocacy.

Own customer success for strategic enterprise accounts, guiding deployment to operational adoption, value realization, and Autonomous IT maturity. Develop and execute AI Success Plans, deliver executive reviews, identify and remediate adoption risks, lead cross-functional initiatives, drive expansion, represent customer feedback to product and GTM, and mentor other AI Growth Strategists.
