Build and govern agentic workflows, AI agents, and automations across business and product teams. The role advises on platforms, data access, permissions, guardrails, metadata, lineage, ownership, and AI lifecycle management. It partners with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to prioritize automation opportunities and establish reliable, accountable AI adoption. Candidates need production software experience, hands-on agentic workflow development, LLM evaluation and observability expertise, strong systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

Build and maintain Lumi’s lending, risk management, and customer service systems using TypeScript and React. Collaborate with engineering, product, design, and business teams; develop scalable and maintainable technical solutions; participate in code reviews and agile ceremonies; improve platform performance and reliability; and explore AI technologies that enhance customer outcomes, processes, and engineering productivity.

Leads credit quality assurance reviews, identifies policy breaches and process gaps, and owns credit risk, underwriting, and product policy. The role analyzes policy-change impacts, resolves underwriting queries, incorporates regulatory developments, supports audits, partners with Product and Credit teams, and coaches team members.
