Join Luxury Escapes’ 12-month graduate program in Sydney as a Software Engineer. You will develop features, improve backend systems, and contribute to a complex travel and e-commerce platform. The program provides technical and business training, mentorship from experienced engineers, and opportunities to build scalable, user-focused digital experiences. Applicants must have graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related degree.

A 12-month graduate program for product designers beginning in February 2027. The role involves user research, journey mapping, interaction design, prototyping, visual design, usability testing, and creating digital travel experiences. Graduates will receive mentorship from design leaders while contributing to e-commerce and personalised recommendation products. Applicants must have graduated in 2025 or 2026 with a relevant design, UX, HCI, or related degree and submit a thoughtful portfolio.

Develop scalable software for a global travel platform using JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, APIs, and microservices. Collaborate with product and design teams, implement third-party integrations, monitor system reliability, apply testing and CI/CD practices, and provide technical leadership through mentoring and code reviews. This is an in-person role based in the company’s Barangaroo office in Sydney.
