Teams at Luxury Escapes

Own the Information Security Management System and lead ISO 27001 certification and ongoing assurance. Manage security risks, control testing, audits, evidence, third-party assessments, privacy and PCI DSS compliance, incident coordination, security awareness, and customer assurance requests. Partner with executives, Engineering, IT, architecture, system owners, and external privacy advisors to maintain effective, documented controls and drive remediation.

Tests web and mobile features end to end, identifies and documents bugs and usability issues, and supports exploratory and regression testing. Collaborates with Product, Engineering, and Design teams throughout development and release cycles, monitors production feedback, and advocates for quality and customer experience.

Leads the product design team across people management, capacity planning, design quality, strategic direction, and delivery. Coaches and develops designers, supports recruitment, partners with Product and Engineering, and improves design operations. Contributes hands-on to complex web and app initiatives through research, user flows, high-fidelity designs, and prototypes. Oversees design systems, accessibility, experimentation, AI-assisted workflows, stakeholder alignment, and customer impact measurement.
