Lead full-cycle recruitment for Mable: partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, manage interviews-to-offer, maintain ATS data (Lever), report using Google Sheets, build talent pipelines, manage agency relationships, coach managers, and improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Partner with product, operations, and stakeholders to build and maintain dashboards (SQL, Tableau), investigate data to explain trends, design reports, enable self-service analytics, and ensure analyses comply with privacy and security policies to drive business decisions.

As the Digital Optimisation Manager, you will lead CRO and personalisation initiatives for marketing websites, improve customer experiences through A/B testing, and collaborate with various teams for data-driven marketing strategies.
