Owns end-to-end product design within a cross-functional squad, from problem framing and user research through high-fidelity UX/UI execution. The role includes usability testing, design-system application, prototyping, workshops, stakeholder management, design storytelling, and collaboration with product, data, and engineering teams. The designer will influence product strategy, improve customer experiences, and contribute to design culture across the organization.

Leads People Operations, People Technology, HR services, workforce reporting, and operational improvement. Owns the People technology roadmap, HRIS optimisation, automation, reporting, compliance partnership, employee experience, and shared-services maturity. The role requires direct team leadership, systems transformation experience, strong workforce analytics, senior stakeholder influence, and knowledge of Australian employment legislation.

Oversee daily contact centre operations, lead and develop Team Leaders and customer service representatives, manage escalations, monitor KPIs and quality, optimise workforce and contact centre technologies, improve processes, and analyse performance data. The role partners with business and IT stakeholders to enhance customer experience, service efficiency, compliance, and first-contact resolution.
