Enterprise-focused Client Director responsible for owning and growing Tier 1 accounts in NSW, winning new strategic logos, building executive relationships, leading complex sales cycles with solutions spanning cloud, data networks, WAN, voice and mobility, and driving cross-sell and upsell to maximise account growth.

Hunt and win new enterprise and mid-market customers for voice, mobile, data, cloud and managed services. Prospect, build executive relationships, create commercial solutions, negotiate and close deals. Lead opportunities end-to-end with Solution Architects and technical specialists, manage pipeline and forecasts, and prepare proposals and tenders.

Manage a portfolio of cloud customers to drive onboarding, adoption, retention, renewals and growth. Build executive relationships, run business reviews, monitor customer health, identify upsell opportunities, resolve escalations, and advocate internally to improve product and service outcomes.
