Manage healthcare customer accounts for the Charm oncology software solution. Serve as the primary clinical contact, provide training and clinical support, assist with implementations and upgrades, resolve complex issues, gather feedback, and collaborate with product and project teams to improve workflows, adoption, and patient outcomes. The role requires regular travel to customer sites and strong oncology or hospital clinical experience.

Provides advanced application support for clinical diagnostics healthcare technology. Resolves complex issues and escalations, manages critical incidents, performs root cause analysis, troubleshoots LIMS, LIS, EMR, and related applications, and partners with customers, Product, Delivery, and Development teams. The role also mentors Application Specialists, improves service delivery, and contributes to continuous improvement across the Clinical Diagnostics portfolio.

Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, refunds, payment allocation, customer queries, and aged debtor follow-up.
