Own and improve the reliability, quality, governance, and observability of the company’s internal data platform. Build production data pipelines and integrations, implement testing and validation, document lineage, enable self-service analytics, and automate operational support. Collaborate with product engineers, delivery teams, and data specialists while using AI-assisted development tools to improve data engineering practices.

Supports the Practice Management Sales team by handling inbound customer enquiries, licensing and purchasing requests, CRM data maintenance, sales administration, reporting, documentation, and cross-team coordination. The role focuses on delivering positive customer experiences, maintaining accurate Salesforce records, improving processes, and helping sales activities run efficiently.

Build and ship production features for Gentu, a cloud healthcare platform used by thousands of clinicians. Responsibilities include making architectural decisions, delivering and operating software in production, debugging issues, improving scalability and observability, and contributing to product and technical direction. The role requires hands-on development with Ruby on Rails, TypeScript/Node.js, React, and AWS, plus strong testing, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development practices.
