Build and maintain scalable full-stack software for the Campaign Monitor product. Develop APIs, event-driven microservices, dynamic web applications, AWS infrastructure, and event-streaming solutions. Collaborate with designers, product managers, and engineers; contribute to architecture decisions, code reviews, mentorship, scoping, and long-term maintainability. Participate in on-call support and use data-driven instrumentation to improve system reliability and customer experiences.

Build and maintain scalable software and messaging infrastructure using Java, Kafka, AWS, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform. Contribute to architecture, modernize legacy systems, improve reliability, participate in on-call support, and mentor engineers. Collaborate across disciplines on roadmaps, developer experience, documentation, and responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.

Build and maintain full-stack software for Campaign Monitor across microservices, APIs, dynamic web applications, AWS infrastructure, and event-streaming systems. Partner with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to shape architecture, deliver scalable customer experiences, review code, mentor teammates, and support production systems through on-call participation. The role requires end-to-end ownership, including technical scoping, tradeoffs, quality, security, and long-term maintainability.
