Teams at Mars

Leads the integration of Mars Snacking’s Australia and New Zealand distribution networks across seven distribution centers. Responsibilities include logistics network design, supply chain roadmap development, transformation program execution, governance, business case and ROI tracking, KPI reporting, stakeholder communication, and capability building. The role partners with local, regional, and global teams, external 3PL providers, and senior leadership to optimize cost-to-serve and implement digital planning initiatives.

Maintains and repairs manufacturing and utility equipment, performs preventative maintenance, troubleshoots mechanical faults, and supports reliable production-line operation. Completes breakdown, safety, and quality documentation; follows housekeeping and compliance procedures; collaborates with operations to improve machinery and processes. Requires a recognized mechanical trade qualification, manufacturing maintenance experience, mechanical fault-finding skills, workshop machine-tool ability, CMMS proficiency, and readiness to support factory start-ups and shutdowns.

Owns UK and Ireland customer activation strategy, budgets, activity plans, agency relationships, and execution across in-store and online shopper journeys. Develops customer-specific solutions, toolkits, selling materials, and internal deployment content while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply, and other functions. Evaluates campaign performance, recommends improvements, and drives value creation within customer marketing.
