Lead end-to-end change communications for a global e-invoicing transformation. Develop stakeholder impact assessments, communication and training plans, leadership materials, targeted adoption campaigns, and consistent programme messaging. Coordinate with PMO, project leads, global business stakeholders, and Corporate Affairs. Monitor engagement and communication effectiveness while supporting readiness, implementation, adoption, and business continuity across suppliers, customers, and finance operations.

Lead internal audit strategy, system administration, and advanced analytics. Administer Optro (Auditboard), build executive BI dashboards, ensure data integrity, support audit methodology and QAIP, participate in audits and fraud reporting, and present findings to senior leadership.

Supports the design, implementation, testing, validation, deployment, and ongoing guidance of SAP S/4HANA Quality Management templates. Partners with process owners, regional teams, system integrators, and deployment teams to define requirements, harmonize processes, ensure compliance, manage knowledge, conduct fit-to-template reviews, execute UAT, and analyze template gaps. Provides guidance on integrations, standardization, documentation, training, and best practices for quality and food safety processes.
