Provide occupational rehabilitation case management and clinical assessments to support injured workers return to health and work across compensation schemes. Collaborate with employers, medical and allied health professionals to design injury prevention, workplace education, and return-to-work plans. Mentor, complete assessments, and deliver client-centred rehabilitation services.

Provide occupational rehabilitation services (assessments, workplace and functional capacity assessments, ADLs, vocational assessments), manage caseloads, design return-to-work plans, liaise with employers/insurers, and deliver injury prevention and workplace education.

Own customer relationships and service delivery nationally, drive referral and revenue growth, partner with operations to embed improvements, identify and pursue new business, and represent the organisation publicly to enhance customer outcomes.

Provide occupational rehabilitation services as a registered Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist: manage caseloads, complete clinical and workplace assessments, develop return-to-work and injury-prevention plans, liaise with employers, medical and allied health professionals, and support clients across workers compensation and other schemes to achieve return-to-health and return-to-work outcomes.

Provide psychological assessment and therapy for children in clinics, homes, and schools; complete initial appointments, plan and review therapy journeys, collaborate with families, schools and multidisciplinary teams, and participate in supervision and professional development.

The PBS Clinical Advisor supports early-career Behaviour Support Practitioners through supervision, coaching, and system development, without maintaining an independent caseload.
