Provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with physical and psychological conditions to achieve return-to-work and health outcomes. Manage caseloads, perform clinical, workplace and vocational assessments, liaise with employers, medical and allied health professionals, develop injury prevention and workplace education programs, and work across various compensation schemes.

The Senior Rehabilitation Consultant will assist clients in their rehabilitation journey, conduct various assessments, manage cases, and improve return to work outcomes, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Provide occupational rehabilitation services (assessments, workplace and functional capacity assessments), manage a caseload, collaborate with employers, insurers and health professionals, design return-to-work plans, deliver injury prevention and workplace education, and support recovery to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes.

Provide exercise prescription and therapy for NDIS participants (ages 5-65) within a multidisciplinary team. Manage a varied caseload including neurological, neurodevelopmental and psychosocial disabilities. Deliver services in clinic, community and via work-from-home flexibility. Participate in supervision, professional development, and collaborative care planning to support participant goals.

The PBS Clinical Advisor supports early-career Behaviour Support Practitioners through supervision, coaching, and system development, without maintaining an independent caseload.
