The role also resolves customer enquiries and supports territory plans and commercial objectives.

Partner with sales and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into Salesforce-based solutions. Analyze and visualize data using Tableau and Power BI, design and deploy dashboards and reports, lead agile ceremonies, guide sales on Salesforce usage, and manage stakeholders to drive process improvements and adoption.
