Lead and implement process improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma) to optimize commercial operations for ANZ Cranial & Spinal Technologies. Map and analyze processes, collect and measure data, lead cross-functional projects, develop metrics, deliver training, perform cost-benefit analyses, and coordinate stakeholders to drive operational efficiency and compliance.

Support planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns for Acute Care & Monitoring. Manage websites and content (AEM/SharePoint), run marketing automation and CRM-aligned campaigns, track performance, optimise campaigns using analytics, coordinate with product, sales, and agencies, and ensure compliance and governance.
