Teams at Megaport

Work with software engineering teams to translate stakeholder needs into technical specifications, lead discovery and refinement sessions, document workflows and acceptance criteria, own and prioritise the backlog, and improve collaboration across business and engineering throughout the development lifecycle.

Build and maintain customer-facing and internal web applications (Megaport Portal) using a modern frontend stack. Implement features with Vue 3/TypeScript, ensure accessibility and responsive design, integrate web services, improve architectures and processes, and write unit/integration/end-to-end tests using Playwright and Vitest.

Execute inbound and outbound prospecting to qualify leads and book meetings for APAC sales. Use phone, email, LinkedIn and sales tools (Salesforce, Gong, ZoomInfo) to manage pipeline, collaborate with account teams, support demand-generation campaigns, and drive attendance at events and trade shows.
