Serve as a strategic, technical customer success lead for enterprise and mid-market accounts. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsell, and QBRs. Understand integrations and cybersecurity technologies, resolve or triage complex issues, forecast renewal pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to maximize customer value and growth.

The Sales Engineer will support channel partners, provide technical guidance, manage POC engagements, and articulate the value of Menlo Security products to various stakeholders while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Provide technical support to end users across APAC from the Bengaluru office, troubleshooting hardware, software, networking, and business applications; manage tickets via JIRA/Slack; perform onboarding; maintain endpoint security and SaaS access; liaise with vendors; and develop internal IT documentation and proactive support processes.
