Lead solution and system design for the Reservations stream, partnering with product and design to solve ambiguous customer problems. Direct and verify AI-assisted implementation, review code, maintain agent-enabling engineering foundations, and own production quality. Mentor engineers, guide architecture and technical practices, and make trade-offs across scalability, performance, security, operations, and customer outcomes.

Own product design end-to-end, from discovery and customer research through shipped, measured experiences. Design coherent systems, maintain quality across interfaces, prototype in code and tools such as Figma and Claude, and use AI to accelerate workflows. Collaborate with product and engineering, stay close to venue operators and guests, provide feedback, and improve design practices. The role emphasizes commercial outcomes, experimentation, customer impact, and shipping at scale in a flexible Sydney or Melbourne-based environment.
