Develop and maintain reliable, secure cloud software and ML infrastructure for Azure operations. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, contributing to architecture, coding, code review, testing, deployment, telemetry integration, data analysis, live-service operations, on-call support, automation, and security and compliance improvements. The role emphasizes AI-powered operational autonomy, extensibility, maintainability, and collaboration across Microsoft teams.

Leads Microsoft ANZ executive and employee communications, advising the President and senior leaders, shaping leadership narratives, and delivering major employee moments such as town halls and kick-offs. Develops speeches, presentations, social content, manager communications, and integrated communication strategies. Partners across HR, Marketing, External Communications, CELA, and global teams; manages agencies and vendors; measures engagement; supports issues communications; and advances AI-enabled communications practices.

Coordinate complex, customer-facing cybersecurity incidents and concurrent operational workstreams. Manage intake, staffing, escalations, stakeholder communications, status reporting, handoffs, risks, and delivery timelines. Translate technical findings into customer updates while coordinating evidence preservation, containment, and recovery dependencies. Improve incident procedures and workflows, collaborate across technical and business teams, and support globally distributed operations, including non-standard shifts.
