Lead and develop a team of Windows Specialists to drive Windows adoption, defend platform share, and deliver enterprise customer outcomes. Coach on consultative selling, orchestrate partners and cross-functional teams, engage executives, manage performance and talent, and drive strategic, high-impact customer engagements focused on security, management, AI-readiness, and endpoint modernization.

Serves as the primary technical and customer support contact for complex Azure issues and projects. Troubleshoots mission-critical applications, conducts health checks and root-cause analysis, manages escalations, advises on Azure configurations and deployments, and communicates technical issues to varied audiences. Synthesizes customer feedback, identifies product and knowledge gaps, advocates for platform improvements, and partners with engineering, product, field, and support teams to improve reliability and customer experience.

Lead commercial and cost management for Microsoft’s Sydney data center construction portfolio. Own budgets, forecasts, cash flow, contingency, change management, funding scenarios, vendor payments, cost governance, risk assessment, and final account closeout. Manage General Contractor commercial activities from procurement through final payment, oversee cost consultants and commercial teams, support design and value engineering, and provide analysis for disputes, claims, and contract changes.
