Teams at Microsoft

Lead engineering teams to improve Azure Storage service quality, resiliency, chaos engineering, and validation infrastructure. Integrate AI tools and Responsible AI across the SDLC, coordinate cross-team plans, resolve complex incidents, and ensure scalable performance and best practices.

Handles moderate to highly complex customer and partner escalations involving Microsoft products and services. Acts as the primary customer contact, investigates issues, provides status updates, coordinates internal engineering and operations teams, removes resolution barriers, manages expectations, and mentors team members. The role requires strong judgment, communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, problem-solving, Microsoft product knowledge—especially Dynamics—and the ability to manage sensitive issues under pressure.

Design, build, test, deploy, and operate secure, scalable production software and services. Partner with customers and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, lead technical workstreams, establish engineering best practices, and deliver reusable components. The role also involves applying AI and LLM technologies, collaborating across disciplines, and traveling up to 25%.
