The Director of MICE will lead the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events initiatives, drive revenue, manage key relationships, and execute sales strategies across Australia and New Zealand.

Manage the Events Team, coordinate events, functions, and conferences, oversee sales functions, liaise with clients and vendors, manage budgets, and promote services.

The Front Office Manager will lead the front office team to provide exceptional guest experiences, manage operations, resolve complaints, and assist in team recruitment and daily reporting.
