Lead corporate and MICE sales for Oaks Cypress Lakes Resort by developing and executing sales strategies, prospecting new business, managing and growing accounts, conducting site inspections, preparing proposals and contracts, collaborating with resort operations, and maintaining accurate CRM records, forecasts, and market intelligence to drive revenue growth.

Coordinate conferences and events from enquiry to post-event follow-up. Prepare function sheets, contracts and event orders, liaise with clients and internal teams, manage bookings for space, F&B, AV and decor, assist promotions, be onsite during events, and actively sell hotel offerings.

Manage end-to-end financial administration of the Resort Community Association, including budgeting, reporting, reconciliation, asset registers, contractor management, compliance with strata legislation and Resort Operator Agreement, and support for Community Association meetings and maintenance/capital works tracking.
