Teams at Miro

Partner with enterprise customers as a strategic technical advisor, optimizing AI-driven workflows, integrations, automation, platform adoption, and innovation processes. Monitor usage and platform health, deliver analytics-based recommendations, support change management and Centers of Excellence, facilitate executive workshops and QBRs, and guide customers in embedding Miro into enterprise systems. The role requires technical fluency, enterprise SaaS experience, AI and agentic workflow knowledge, and travel to customer sites up to 25%.
