Design and operationalise technology business continuity and resilience capabilities across a complex organisation. Responsibilities include maintaining BCPs and BIAs, leading recovery exercises, assuring critical third parties, producing audit evidence, and embedding resilience through training and change initiatives. The role partners with technology providers, business leaders, frontline teams, executives, and auditors to prepare for, respond to, and recover from technology disruptions.

Manage third-party security risk through vendor assessments, risk registers, due diligence, compliance monitoring, and continuous monitoring improvements. Partner with procurement, legal, business, and technology teams to communicate risks, support ISO and audit activities, improve controls and governance, and deliver leadership reporting. Use automation and data-driven insights to strengthen GRC processes and provide security awareness support.

Designs and delivers enterprise-wide employee engagement, communication, learning, and change-adoption strategies. Partners with leaders and project teams to translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear messaging, training, and experiences. Monitors engagement and adoption outcomes, builds stakeholder relationships, and supports behavioural change across a national organisation.

Develops and delivers strategic internal communications, leadership messaging, campaigns, digital content, and employee engagement initiatives. Advises senior leaders and stakeholders, manages communication channels including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, supports transformation projects, analyzes engagement performance, and mentors team members. The role requires strong writing, editing, multimedia storytelling, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills within a complex, geographically dispersed organization.
