Design, build and maintain BI reporting and data structures using SQL and Power BI. Analyse multi-source data, deliver contractual/performance reporting, perform data QA/UAT, define standards and business rules, translate requirements, and support Azure/Microsoft Fabric data platform development.

Lead analysis and improvement of contract lifecycle processes, gather and prioritise business and technical requirements, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, support vendor evaluations, data migration and testing, assess integrations (including Microsoft 365), and support change adoption and training to implement a contract lifecycle management solution.

Lead integrated housing, asset and community development services to support tenants. Manage teams, budgets, KPIs, compliance and stakeholder relationships. Drive continuous improvement, data-informed decisions, recruitment and service delivery aligned to best practice to improve tenant and community outcomes.

Manage and lead a team to ensure housing operations meet regulatory, contractual and internal KPIs. Oversee performance reporting, data quality, governance and compliance frameworks, translate complex requirements into practical processes, lead audit and assurance activities, and present insights to senior leadership to drive continuous improvement across the housing portfolio.
