Provide first-level Workday support across HR, Recruitment, Onboarding and Absence modules; manage cases in ServiceNow; participate in system testing, configuration and continuous improvement; deliver training and user guides; collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and external providers to resolve issues and improve processes.

Lead design and delivery of an organisational Capability Framework, integrate it into HRIS/LMS (including Workday), partner with stakeholders to define capabilities, run career, learning and succession initiatives, use workforce data to identify gaps and measure impact, and champion a learning culture.

Build employer and community relationships to create inclusive employment opportunities, support participants with workplace adjustments and case management, deliver employer engagement and outreach, generate referrals and registrations, maintain records and meet program targets across multiple sites.

Provide front-of-house concierge-style support for tenants and clients in a social housing setting. Manage enquiries, maintenance requests, records, and referrals; build relationships with stakeholders; promote tenant engagement; de-escalate incidents using trauma-informed, person-centred approaches; and maintain a safe, welcoming foyer environment.

Deliver play-based early learning programs, maintain safe and inclusive environments, observe and document child development, ensure compliance with NQF/NQS and organisational policies, support daily routines, collaborate with families and colleagues, and promote child safety and wellbeing.
