Lead design and delivery of an organisational Capability Framework, integrate it into HRIS/LMS (including Workday), partner with stakeholders to define capabilities, run career, learning and succession initiatives, use workforce data to identify gaps and measure impact, and champion a learning culture.

Provide project coordination and support across multiple initiatives within the Enterprise PMO, maintain governance documentation and reporting, track risks/issues/dependencies, support change management and stakeholder engagement, facilitate meetings/workshops, manage project information systems (ServiceNow, Teams, dashboards) and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Provide person-centred case management for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness: assess clients, develop and review holistic case plans, coordinate referrals and supports, deliver evidence-based interventions and group programs, maintain accurate records, build partnerships with community and government providers, and contribute to team mentoring and continuous improvement.
