The role supports vulnerable customers using a trauma-informed approach, escalates complex matters, builds stakeholder relationships, and contributes to service improvements and customer satisfaction.

Senior Risk Business Partner supporting housing growth projects, property development, SPVs, and housing operations. The role leads risk assessments, develops entity and portfolio risk profiles, identifies aggregate and emerging risks, and advises senior leaders and governance bodies. Responsibilities include preparing executive and Board reports, supporting enterprise risk initiatives, and translating complex project, operational, financial, regulatory, and strategic risks into practical recommendations.

Leads housing operations across tenancy services, asset management, and community development. Manages teams, budgets, KPIs, compliance, stakeholder relationships, recruitment, service delivery, and continuous improvement while supporting positive outcomes for tenants and communities.
