Leads enterprise-wide organisational design, operating model, workforce transformation, and restructuring initiatives. Analyzes workforce, capability, financial, and organizational data; advises executives and senior leaders; facilitates consultations and governance discussions; prepares business cases, executive papers, frameworks, and transition plans; supports change, risk assessment, and post-implementation reviews; and ensures ethical, compliant, values-aligned design practices.

Partner with leaders to deliver HR advice and workforce solutions across organisational design, employee relations, performance management, job analysis, engagement and capability initiatives. Support change, prepare HR documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement.
