Build relationships with community groups, service providers, government agencies, and stakeholders. Coordinate community events, consultations, awareness initiatives, and communications; identify community needs and project opportunities; collect and report program data; support evaluation, administration, interagency collaboration, and effective service delivery for vulnerable communities, families, and children.

Manage third-party security risk through vendor assessments, risk registers, due diligence, compliance monitoring, and continuous monitoring improvements. Partner with procurement, legal, business, and technology teams to communicate risks, support ISO and audit activities, improve controls and governance, and deliver leadership reporting. Use automation and data-driven insights to strengthen GRC processes and provide security awareness support.

Designs and delivers enterprise-wide employee engagement, communication, learning, and change-adoption strategies. Partners with leaders and project teams to translate complex business and technology initiatives into clear messaging, training, and experiences. Monitors engagement and adoption outcomes, builds stakeholder relationships, and supports behavioural change across a national organisation.
