Owns technical capabilities across the APJ partner ecosystem by designing partner practices, packaged solutions, AI and automation offerings, delivery methodologies, implementation standards, and quality programs. Assesses partner readiness, drives certification and delivery quality, enables scalable enterprise deployments, and supports partner services revenue and AI/platform expansion. The role requires strong enterprise architecture, partner economics, executive engagement, and experience with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs.

Lead and grow a portfolio of 8–12 ANZ channel and alliance partners (resellers, SIs, alliances). Own partner strategy, joint business plans, tier progression, enablement, GTM execution, and quarterly business reviews. Serve as primary partner contact, influence internal product/marketing decisions, and track partner performance against revenue and enablement metrics.
