Owns workplace operations across four APJ offices, including facilities tickets, food and beverage programs, vendor relationships, preventive maintenance, capital works, office projects, sustainability initiatives, emergency response, and internal communications. The role manages stakeholders and suppliers across multiple locations, improves workplace processes, and supports a high-quality employee experience. Based in Sydney, it requires primarily office-based work and travel across the APJ region as needed.

Lead and grow a portfolio of 8–12 ANZ channel and alliance partners (resellers, SIs, alliances). Own partner strategy, joint business plans, tier progression, enablement, GTM execution, and quarterly business reviews. Serve as primary partner contact, influence internal product/marketing decisions, and track partner performance against revenue and enablement metrics.
