Develops and executes cloud and systems integrator partner strategies across Australia. Recruits and nurtures strategic partnerships, generates sales pipelines, supports enterprise deal closure, and expands partner sales, presales, delivery capabilities, and certifications. Collaborates with sales, marketing, enablement, customer success, and solutions consulting teams to drive bookings and revenue growth. Requires strong enterprise technology sales, strategic thinking, complex deal management, and partner relationship-building skills.

Provide advanced technical support to major MongoDB customers, resolving complex architecture, performance, recovery, security, networking, database, and infrastructure issues. Design and troubleshoot scalable production environments involving Linux, Kubernetes, storage, and automation. Develop internal diagnostic and support tools, document solutions, deliver training, mentor peers, and collaborate with product and engineering teams on customer escalations and new MongoDB capabilities.

The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, closing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience and proficiency in selling complex enterprise technology.
