Provide advanced technical support to major MongoDB customers, resolving complex architecture, performance, recovery, security, networking, database, and infrastructure issues. Design and troubleshoot scalable production environments involving Linux, Kubernetes, storage, and automation. The Enterprise Account Executive is responsible for formulating and executing sales strategies, closing sales pipelines, and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience and proficiency in selling complex enterprise technology.

Provide expert technical guidance to large customers on MongoDB architecture, performance, recovery, security, and operations. Troubleshoot and optimize production deployments, build internal tooling and automation, document solutions, deliver training, and mentor peers. Work closely with product and engineering teams to improve customer outcomes.
