Own financial control and reporting across APAC entities, including month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, consolidation, tax compliance, cash management, forecasting, internal controls, audit preparation, and finance systems. The role supports budgeting and Board reporting, improves processes during scale-up, and manages an offshore bookkeeping team.

Lead backend engineering direction, architecture, and standards while designing and owning APIs, services, workflow systems, and distributed applications. Build reliable CI/CD infrastructure, observability, testing, and incident-response practices. Decompose monoliths into domain-driven services, evaluate emerging technologies, mentor engineers, conduct reviews and interviews, and collaborate with product, design, and frontend teams. The role requires extensive experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, orchestration, databases, Kubernetes, infrastructure as code, and production operations.
