Manage and grow existing real estate software accounts through consultative relationship building, reduce churn, drive feature adoption and whitespace revenue, coordinate demos, handle contracts and CRM administration, meet retention and sales quotas, and collaborate with sales and marketing to execute account strategies.

Outbound SDR aligned 1:1 with an Account Executive to research target accounts, run thoughtful multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, schedule high-quality discovery meetings, maintain CRM hygiene, capture account intelligence, and support account expansion while developing sales skills and progressing pipeline into opportunities.

Qualify and develop leads across APAC via phone, email, and social media; manage CRM and sales tools; coordinate with sales and marketing; meet targets; attend events; complete ongoing sales and product training; become a real estate sector subject matter resource.

Provide strategic legal counsel on global privacy, data governance, AI governance, and cybersecurity compliance. Lead and evolve enterprise privacy programs, conduct data security due diligence, advise on product and commercial matters, manage sensitive matters, and partner with business stakeholders worldwide.

Implement MRI occupier property management software for APAC clients: gather requirements, design solutions, configure/test/train/deploy, produce documentation and training, advise on lease/property best practices, manage project timelines/risks, and support client-facing workshops and training delivery.

Lead planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional projects (8 weeks–24 months), manage scope, risks, budgets, stakeholder reporting, governance, and mentor junior PMs to ensure compliance with PMO standards.
