Provide frontline phone and email support for Strata Master and Strata Master Cloud users. Independently manage Salesforce cases, troubleshoot accounting and technical issues, assist with software configuration, document investigations, and escalate complex problems with clear diagnostics. Support strata workflows including reporting, invoicing, arrears, meetings, maintenance, and trust accounting. Communicate clearly with customers while contributing to testing and product improvement.

Provides technology consulting and implementation services for MRI real estate software. Responsibilities include configuring and customizing applications, gathering business requirements, leading client workshops, delivering training, creating SQL-based reports, migrating data, developing integrations, testing functionality, and supporting implementation projects. The role requires client-facing communication, software implementation knowledge, and occasional domestic or international travel.

Leads the APAC legal function and regional team for a global SaaS company. Advises executives and Sales on SaaS, licensing, technology, partnership, vendor, and customer agreements; negotiates complex contracts; manages disputes, litigation strategy, governance, employment, privacy, and compliance matters; develops scalable legal processes; and mentors legal professionals across multiple jurisdictions.

Lead MRI APAC's data business to drive revenue through partnerships, data licensing, product commercialisation and ecosystem development. Own pipeline, pricing, licensing agreements, partner programs, product packaging, GTM and forecasting. Measure success by bookings, ARR, renewal rates, adoption and partner growth while establishing governance, operating rhythms and repeatable commercial assets.
