Research target organizations, engage stakeholders, capture account intelligence, maintain accurate CRM records, and collaborate with Account Executives, Marketing, and leadership. Lead MRI APAC's data business to drive revenue through partnerships, data licensing, product commercialisation and ecosystem development. Own pipeline, pricing, licensing agreements, partner programs, product packaging, GTM and forecasting. Measure success by bookings, ARR, renewal rates, adoption and partner growth while establishing governance, operating rhythms and repeatable commercial assets.

Qualify and develop leads across APAC via phone, email, and social media; manage CRM and sales tools; coordinate with sales and marketing; meet targets; attend events; complete ongoing sales and product training; become a real estate sector subject matter resource.

Design, develop, and deliver role-specific and leadership learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning and blended modalities. Conduct training needs analyses, maintain LMS content, partner with SMEs, evaluate learning effectiveness, and manage learning projects to build employee capability on MRI products and systems.

Lead APAC Employee Relations and HR Operations delivering compliant, consistent ER case management, HR systems and payroll oversight, policy governance, workforce insights, performance management, and stakeholder coaching. Manage regional ER escalations, partner with HR Shared Services, support M&A and visa processes, and drive culture, D&I, and risk mitigation across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and Hong Kong.
