Leads customer-facing enterprise software implementations, integrations, workflow automation, and AI-enabled transformation projects. Responsibilities include technical workshops, process analysis, solution design reviews, implementation governance, estimation, stakeholder communication, and mentoring technical resources. The role requires expertise in enterprise applications, SaaS platforms, APIs, data migration, SQL, ETL, reporting, and cross-functional delivery across customer, product, sales, and engineering teams.

Design, develop, and deliver role-specific and leadership learning programs across instructor-led, virtual, eLearning and blended modalities. Conduct training needs analyses, maintain LMS content, partner with SMEs, evaluate learning effectiveness, and manage learning projects to build employee capability on MRI products and systems.

Own MRI Software’s APAC real estate investment management product line, including strategy, roadmap, prioritization, customer discovery, regulatory requirements, commercial business cases, and lifecycle delivery. Represent regional customers in global roadmap decisions, engage senior stakeholders, analyze competitors, support sales and marketing, and drive adoption, retention, win rate, and revenue outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, and the broader APAC region.
