Lead a regional sales team for ruminant animal health products in NSW, develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, manage key accounts, ensure CRM adoption and compliance, coach and develop staff, drive brand growth, and travel extensively for in-field leadership.

Lead territory sales for ruminant products across Western QLD. Build distributor and producer relationships, execute local marketing and training, drive sales targets, report market intelligence, manage CRM data, and identify new opportunities to grow brand presence.

Lead engagement with oncologists and oncology stakeholders across WA/SA, develop and execute territory initiatives and account plans, collaborate cross-functionally, maintain CRM reporting, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Provide administrative and operational support to senior leadership within the Ruminant and Swine business unit. Manage stakeholder communications, meetings, travel logistics, privacy stewardship, contract and expense processes, SharePoint and platform maintenance, induction training, and office assets. Act as backup for senior administrative roles and participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve processes and compliance.
