Leads the North Region sales team across NSW and QLD, driving growth in the Companion Animal Business Unit. Responsibilities include team leadership, coaching, account management, customer business reviews, territory planning, sales and budget performance, pricing compliance, market analysis, competitor insights, and strategic customer development. The role manages veterinary wholesale accounts and buying groups while promoting safety, compliance, and a high-performance sales culture.

Supports Australia and New Zealand accounting activities, including tax calculations, statutory financial reporting, audit coordination, fixed assets, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and internal controls. Performs financial analysis, identifies data and control issues, and collaborates with tax, finance, commercial, and shared-services teams. The role also improves finance processes through simplification, standardization, and automation while ensuring compliance and data integrity.

Develop and migrate Spotfire dashboards to Power BI, manage sales incentive and territory target data, integrate data from enterprise systems, and automate manual customer-effectiveness workflows. Supports ANZ finance and commercial teams through FP&A reporting, dashboarding, automation, and analytics. Builds Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, streamlines month-end and forecasting processes, automates financial data workflows, and uses AI tools to analyze variances and generate commentary. Partners with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations and improve reporting efficiency.
