Supports ANZ finance and commercial teams through FP&A reporting, dashboarding, automation, and analytics. Builds Power BI dashboards and KPI scorecards, streamlines month-end and forecasting processes, automates financial data workflows, and uses AI tools to analyze variances and generate commentary. Partners with stakeholders to translate financial data into actionable recommendations and improve reporting efficiency.

Leads regional manufacturing finance across multiple countries, serving as a strategic business partner to manufacturing leadership. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, cost control, KPI analysis, inventory and working capital management, standard costing, capital investment evaluation, business case development, productivity improvement, and team leadership. The role manages three employees and collaborates across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, strategy, and commercial functions.

Manages sales across Western Queensland for animal health products, developing territory plans, growing distributor and producer relationships, delivering product training and presentations, executing marketing campaigns, identifying market opportunities, analyzing sales intelligence, and maintaining CRM data. The role requires extensive territory sales experience, independent regional work, frequent travel, and a valid driver’s license.
