Teams at MSS Security

Lead the site emergency response team, deliver and maintain emergency training and drills, manage HSE and personnel records, produce monthly reports, conduct site familiarisation, attend KPI meetings, and perform ESO/rescue duties as required.

Provide first- and second-line IT support across the business, troubleshooting hardware, software and network issues, managing user setups and IT assets, logging and resolving tickets, liaising with vendors, and supporting continuous improvement projects within the IT team.

Coordinate safe, efficient loading dock and mailroom operations, manage deliveries/dispatch, vehicle and parking coordination, operate mail screening/X-ray equipment and handle forklift tasks, liaise with stakeholders, maintain records, and provide valet parking and customer-focused service.
