Coordinate and deliver operational and accredited training for security guards, clients, and third parties. Responsibilities include identifying learning priorities, managing a national training calendar, partnering with registered training organizations, creating customized training resources, coaching staff on adult learning, managing online learning systems, developing competency frameworks, and producing clear training reports.

Coordinate after-hours client rosters, fill staffing requirements, conduct welfare calls, and provide customer service to stakeholders. The role requires working 6pm to 6am across weekdays and weekends, managing service delivery under pressure, communicating professionally, and using Microsoft applications. Candidates must work from the Parramatta office, complete a National Police Check, and hold Australian citizenship.

Coordinates recruitment, onboarding, employee lifecycle administration, Workday support, HR documentation, reporting, and day-to-day people and culture activities. Supports managers and employees with HR queries, collaborates with Payroll and Operations, and assists with learning, retention, and recognition initiatives.
