Supports leveraged capital markets and debt origination transactions from initial analysis through pricing, syndication, distribution, and execution. Responsibilities include assessing market liquidity, determining pricing, preparing underwriting applications, screening memos, comparable analyses, market research, client presentations, and pitch books. The role collaborates with senior bankers, distribution teams, financial sponsors, investors, and internal stakeholders while maintaining pricing databases and pipeline reports and developing financing solutions for clients.

Supports trading activity and asset-class lifecycle events as a liaison between front office and operations. Validates trade bookings across systems, performs trade integrity reviews, manages reconciliations and controls, responds to inquiries, escalates discrepancies, supports operational projects, and prepares ad hoc reporting while meeting service-level agreements and bank procedures.

Lead global GSOC service delivery—ensure consistent log ingestion, use case development, threat detection, and incident response. Coordinate onboarding of log sources, manage KPIs and executive reporting, drive remediation with risk and control teams, and implement process and technology improvements aligned with frameworks and regulatory requirements.
