The role requires strong commercial acumen, analytical problem-solving, SaaS understanding, and experience with business intelligence tools.

Leads performance and operations for MYOB’s SME and Practice business, aligning growth, retention, strategy, and operational execution. Uses data to drive commercial decisions, improve customer outcomes, identify automation and AI opportunities, and increase productivity. Owns performance reviews, forecasting, planning, retention metrics, strategic initiatives, and business change. Partners with senior leaders across Customer, Finance, Product, and Data while building and developing a high-performing operations team.

Drive growth through MYOB’s strategic partnerships channel by developing joint go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, partner marketing plans, campaign assets, and performance optimization. Collaborate with external partners, Sales, Product Marketing, and Design to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue. Identify new partnership opportunities and help scale channel marketing strategies.
