Manage MYOB’s risk and compliance framework across financial services, superannuation, and payments. Responsibilities include maintaining compliance registers and controls, advising business and technology leaders, coordinating monitoring and testing, overseeing remediation, preparing executive and regulatory reporting, supporting audits, assessing emerging risks, and promoting compliance awareness. The role also oversees GRC system implementation and advises on regulatory developments affecting products and services.

Build and maintain secure, scalable API platform capabilities, cloud-native services, integrations, and developer tooling. Drive DevOps automation, CI/CD, infrastructure improvements, platform reliability, monitoring, and performance. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, product, and cross-functional teams while supporting production services through an on-call roster. Contribute to AI gateway services, internal developer platforms, governance, and self-service capabilities.

Supports the Executive General Manager and leadership team by managing complex calendars, inboxes, travel, meetings, briefs, presentations, communications, and follow-ups. The role requires anticipating priorities, coordinating leadership activities, tracking decisions and deadlines, building stakeholder relationships, handling sensitive information, and using Microsoft 365 and AI tools to improve executive-office productivity.
