Lead planning, coordination and delivery of business readiness and change across multiple programs. Assess impacts, prioritise workstreams, design readiness and communications plans, engage stakeholders and frontline teams, drive adoption and continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation.

Serve as a first point of contact for employees and leaders, providing timely HR advice and managing high-volume Workday/HRIS transactions. Handle escalations, partner with specialist People & Culture teams, apply Fair Work knowledge across the employee lifecycle, and drive continuous improvement using digital tools, AI and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

Lead design and implementation of governance frameworks to ensure resilience and performance of nbn network facilities. Oversee operational performance, manage stakeholders and service providers, embed compliance and risk practices, drive continuous improvement, uplift capability, and build a high-performing team focused on resilient outcomes across exchanges, data centres and field depots.

Lead privacy risk, assurance, and compliance activities across the organisation. Provide expert advice on Australian privacy law, embed privacy frameworks, manage incidents and risks, influence cross-functional stakeholders, support strategic programs, and raise privacy maturity to enable compliant innovation and transparency.

Lead end-to-end design, build and optimisation of complex Anaplan planning solutions for FP&A; manage data integration, stakeholder engagement, multi-user model delivery, and uplift enterprise planning capabilities including scenario modelling and AI-enabled forecasting.

Lead design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of nbn's Entra ID/Azure AD cloud identity platform. Serve as technical authority for enterprise-scale cloud identity, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, drive security and resilience of identity services supporting national infrastructure.

Provide experience-led functional design assurance for field channels and internal tools. Define workflows, business rules and AI-enabled interactions, translate designs into implementable requirements and acceptance criteria, and support delivery through discovery, build, test and release. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams and document designs using Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.
