Oversees complex programs, assurance activities, and response readiness while supporting high-impact event response and after-hours on-call requirements.

Leads a specialised legal team and provides senior advice on competition law, telecommunications regulation, and access regulation. The role manages complex regulatory matters, advises senior stakeholders, balances regulatory obligations with commercial outcomes, supports organisational change, and develops a high-performing team of specialist lawyers.

Leads strategic transformation projects across Field Services and multiple business units from discovery through implementation and benefits realization. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, resource planning, reporting, risk and issue management, quality assurance, change management, documentation, and stakeholder engagement with senior leaders and delivery teams.

Provides economic and regulatory advice to support nbn’s commercial and compliance outcomes. The role manages regulatory initiatives, contributes to revenue proposals under the Special Access Undertaking, assesses expenditure prudency and efficiency, interprets financial and pricing information, prepares submissions, engages stakeholders, supports strategic planning, and mentors colleagues.
