Own end-to-end delivery of digital content and experience improvements across website, B2B portal and AI assistant. Use analytics, A/B testing and AI-enabled tools to prioritise, produce and optimise customer journeys. Liaise with stakeholders, support experimentation and automation, and apply UX, IA and accessibility best practices.

Lead design, implementation and ongoing enhancement of nbn's Entra ID/Azure AD cloud identity platform. Serve as technical authority for enterprise-scale cloud identity, collaborate with internal teams and external partners, drive security and resilience of identity services supporting national infrastructure.
