Lead strategic risk assessments for AI, technology, and business initiatives. Partner with business, technology, security, and privacy stakeholders to provide practical risk guidance, embed governance and controls across technology lifecycles, and support assurance, remediation, reporting, education, and risk maturity initiatives. The role focuses on responsible AI and emerging technology risk while contributing to broader risk management priorities.

Provides administrative and coordination support to an Executive General Manager, including meeting coordination, communications management, stakeholder support, prioritization, and process improvement. The role requires strong organization, initiative, adaptability, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office in a complex business environment.

Optimize nbn’s fixed wireless network performance, reliability, capacity, and customer experience. Analyze network data, identify improvement opportunities, automate and enable predictive operations, improve processes, and support investment decisions. Collaborate with engineering, operations, product, customer experience, and vendor teams while translating technical findings into actionable recommendations. The role requires telecommunications experience, wireless access and backhaul capacity management expertise, network optimization knowledge, and proficiency with analytics and business intelligence tools.
