Provide experience-led functional design assurance for field channels and internal tools. Define workflows, business rules and AI-enabled interactions, translate designs into implementable requirements and acceptance criteria, and support delivery through discovery, build, test and release. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams and document designs using Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.

Deliver end-to-end workforce change from design through delivery using data and insights. Drive strategic people initiatives across the employee lifecycle, design operating models, support organisational and talent development, employee relations, and business partnering. Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders to translate people strategy into measurable outcomes and improve employee experience.

Lead transformation of safety and quality across Field Operations by owning the roadmap, governance, and delivery of initiatives. Drive compliance, risk reduction, benefits realisation, executive reporting, stakeholder collaboration, and scalable solutions to improve safety culture, quality outcomes, and operational performance.
