Oversee financial planning, revenue, capital expenditure, operating expenditure, deal governance, regulatory compliance, forecasting, analytics, and performance reporting for nbn network delivery to new developments. Develop business cases, support funding and investment decisions, strengthen developer partnerships, improve resource allocation, and drive process improvements. Collaborate across complex, cross-functional teams while translating data into actionable strategic insights.

Leads nbn’s enterprise Disruption Management Framework, integrating crisis and emergency management to strengthen preparedness and resilience. Builds partnerships with executives, business units, and external stakeholders; drives coordinated decision-making during disruptive events; and develops capability across crisis and emergency management teams. Oversees complex programs, assurance activities, and response readiness while supporting high-impact event response and after-hours on-call requirements.
