Drive continuous improvement across Delivery Partners using data-led insights, operational governance and stakeholder collaboration. Analyse performance trends, identify systemic issues, design and prioritise improvement programs, track progress, uplift reporting and embed best practices to improve field execution, capability and customer outcomes.

Provide experience-led functional design assurance for field channels and internal tools. Define workflows, business rules and AI-enabled interactions, translate designs into implementable requirements and acceptance criteria, and support delivery through discovery, build, test and release. Collaborate with product, design and engineering teams and document designs using Jira, Confluence, Miro and Figma.

Lead and govern the Field Services portfolio: prioritise initiatives, oversee delivery and benefits, manage risks, evaluate business cases, produce data-driven insights and executive reporting, engage stakeholders, and ensure alignment to strategic objectives across Agile and traditional governance environments.
