Leads commercial management for tower sharing, site access, and colocation arrangements supporting a fixed wireless network. Manages a team, negotiates commercial agreements, provides commercial advice, resolves escalated issues, and collaborates with Legal, Finance, Procurement, Technology, and Operations. The role also oversees implementation of a Tower Management System, improves processes, manages risk, and ensures compliant, sustainable commercial practices.

Supports end-to-end functional design of digital solutions for field channels and internal tools. Defines workflows, business rules, interactions, requirements, acceptance criteria, and testing artefacts while assuring design quality through build, test, and release. Collaborates with product, design, engineering, and domain stakeholders in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Figma. The role also contributes to Power Platform and AI-enabled experiences, including conversation flows and guardrails.

Designs and delivers fixed wireless core network solutions supporting dual 4G and 5G access. Develops technical architectures, automation procedures, APIs, and lifecycle plans while integrating wireless access, transport, EMS, BSS, cloud infrastructure, and CNF orchestration. Provides architectural guidance, drives capability evolution, supports DevOps automation and analytics integration, and collaborates with engineering, integration, delivery, and vendor teams to deliver scalable end-to-end solutions.
