Develop and secure applications, microservices, APIs, and AI integrations throughout the SDLC. Responsibilities include secure code reviews, vulnerability remediation, API and identity security, threat modeling, CI/CD security scanning, and developer enablement. The role requires hands-on software development experience, application security expertise, and knowledge of modern authentication protocols and security tooling. It is hybrid in Sydney and requires Australian working rights.

Engineer and support secure, resilient multi-cloud infrastructure, primarily on Azure, across networking, shared services, automation, monitoring, containers, security, governance, and operational resilience. Provide Level 3 technical support, resolve complex infrastructure issues, implement cloud-native platforms using Python, Docker, and Kubernetes, and collaborate with architecture, security, engineering, and operations teams. Support enterprise change management and CAB processes while delivering compliant, scalable cloud solutions.

Designs end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR modules, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable enterprise solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders, architects, integration, security, reporting, and data migration teams; assesses downstream impacts; supports governance and architecture approvals; and contributes to testing, cutover, defect resolution, and go-live readiness. The role requires strong Oracle HCM expertise, HR transformation experience, stakeholder management, and knowledge of enterprise integrations and delivery methodologies.
