Drive high-priority strategic and operational initiatives from diagnosis through implementation. Partner with leadership, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to unblock projects, improve processes, unlock customer value, build new business verticals, and support cross-functional execution. The role requires analytical problem-solving, strong communication, adaptability, technical fluency, and a hands-on approach to working with data, products, and engineering teams.

Build and operate end-to-end machine learning pipelines, including training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring, and model serving. Automate CI/CD, infrastructure provisioning, and reproducible environments; manage distributed GPU training across cloud and on-premises platforms; and maintain reliable, scalable inference services. Improve ML tooling, monitor production health, troubleshoot failures, and support deployment of multimodal geospatial models into customer environments.

Develop machine learning and deep learning models that digitize electricity infrastructure from LiDAR, imagery, GIS, and vector data. Build scalable training, serving, QA, and monitoring pipelines; identify data and distribution drift; improve model deployment speed; and apply MLOps best practices. The role also involves defining ML strategies, solving ambiguous problems, collaborating asynchronously across functions, and mentoring junior engineers.
