Design end-to-end product experiences for complex, data-rich infrastructure software. Conduct user research, create workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces, and collaborate with product managers and engineers from discovery through delivery. Improve usability, contribute to the Nitro Design System, explore future product concepts, and communicate design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead and grow the Experience Platform engineering team while remaining hands-on with system architecture, production code, UX, performance, rendering, APIs, and shared components. Own delivery, development practices, technical direction, and collaboration with Product, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and other engineering leaders. Build scalable experiences for complex workflows, large 3D network models, rich dashboards, and expert users across desktop and mobile.

Own Neara’s global deployment engine, including digital-twin model building, QA, deployment operations, contractor management, delivery economics, and quality standards. Lead distributed teams across multiple regions, standardize and automate delivery processes, manage capacity and risk, develop regional leaders, and improve throughput, forecasting, utilization, margins, and on-time performance. The role requires technical credibility in complex SaaS delivery, strong vendor management, and regular international travel from Sydney.
