Own month-end close, group consolidation, statutory financial reporting, variance analysis, audits, tax and transfer pricing matters. The role manages intercompany reconciliations, accounting standards research, internal controls, and reporting process improvements while partnering with finance teams, auditors, tax advisors, and Australian revenue authorities.

Owns ANZ insurance marketing strategy, pipeline generation, account-based experience programs, ABM campaigns, event strategy, sales alignment, and regional adaptation of global campaigns. The role targets insurance carriers, MGAs, and insurtechs, manages account-level pipeline performance, directs BDR and SDR sequencing, and provides market intelligence to global campaign and insurance strategy teams.

Leads global financial operations across payroll, accounts payable, accounting close, treasury, indirect tax, controls, and finance systems. Oversees teams and managers across Australia, the US, and Poland; manages banking and vendor relationships; implements purchase order, expense, and corporate card platforms; and partners with FP&A, reporting, tax, and procurement to support scalable integration, accurate reporting, liquidity, and process improvement.
