Lead and supervise character asset creation across modeling, rigging, surfacing, and CFX. Define technical and artistic approaches, translate 2D concepts into production-ready 3D, provide detailed reviews and notes, partner with technical and production teams to optimize pipelines, mentor supervisors and artists, and deliver high-quality character assets on schedule and within budget.
