Act as the technical lead for partner GTM: enable partners through training, support complex pre-sales solution design and POVs, coordinate internal teams, oversee partner-led delivery, monitor project health, and surface feedback to Product and Practice teams.

Lead ANZ alliances and channel partnerships with cloud providers: build and execute joint GTM plans, add New Relic offerings to marketplaces, enable partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline, mentor team members, and report on partner opportunities and outcomes.

Manage the full renewal lifecycle for assigned accounts to ensure on-time subscription renewals, drive retention and expansion, collaborate with sales and success teams, analyze renewal data to improve processes, and build strong customer relationships to meet KPIs.
