Teams at New Relic

Support customer technical onboarding and adoption of New Relic by assisting integrations, delivering introductory training, monitoring mutual activity plans, engaging technical stakeholders, creating content and reports to quantify value, and helping customers expand platform usage.

Act as the technical lead for partner GTM: enable partners through training, support complex pre-sales solution design and POVs, coordinate internal teams, oversee partner-led delivery, monitor project health, and surface feedback to Product and Practice teams.

Lead ANZ alliances and channel partnerships with cloud providers: build and execute joint GTM plans, add New Relic offerings to marketplaces, enable partners, drive partner-sourced pipeline, mentor team members, and report on partner opportunities and outcomes.
