Own and mature the enterprise Business Continuity Management System across Australia and Asia. Lead business impact analyses, establish recovery objectives, coordinate continuity plans, deliver training, run exercises and simulations, and maintain audit and certification readiness. The role also supports customer and regulator reviews, tracks contractual continuity commitments, and advises senior leadership on operational resilience across critical infrastructure environments.

Support treasury reporting, cash and liquidity monitoring, transactional banking and debt facility administration. Prepare board/management and external treasury reports, coordinate Treasury Committee, support debt and equity raises, and develop cash flow models and automation to forecast liquidity and inform investor engagement.

The CX Program Lead is responsible for mobilizing and executing customer experience programs, improving customer journeys, and delivering measurable outcomes within a 90-day timeframe while balancing business constraints.

Lead delivery of major data centre developments across the full project lifecycle. Act as Principal's Representative to manage multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, budgets, procurement, governance, design approvals, risk, safety, and operational handover while driving programme performance and continuous improvement.

Lead technical proposal development and tailored fitout engineering for hyperscale, colocation and edge data centre projects. Manage due diligence, design development, facility audits, capacity assessments, multi-discipline coordination, contract risk review, shop drawing oversight, safety-in-design, scope change management, cost input and quality control to deliver executable contract documentation and standardised, scalable designs.

Lead identification and acquisition of land for NEXTDC data centres globally. Define site requirements, evaluate and recommend candidate sites, manage due diligence, negotiate land and utility agreements, ensure grid power and utility viability, and coordinate with executives, engineers, governments, councils and stakeholders to secure approvals and enable accelerated development.
