Lead identification and acquisition of land for data centres globally. Define site requirements, evaluate and negotiate sites, manage due diligence, ensure grid and utility viability, and coordinate stakeholders to secure approvals and enable development.

Act as Principal's Representative to manage multidisciplinary teams, stakeholders, budgets, procurement, governance, design approvals, risk, safety, and operational handover while driving programme performance and continuous improvement.
