Direct major data centre and mission-critical infrastructure developments from design and procurement through construction and operational handover. Lead multidisciplinary teams, governance, safety, risk, budgets, procurement, schedules, authority approvals, regulatory compliance, stakeholder engagement, and quality outcomes. Serve as Principal’s Representative while mentoring teams and driving continuous improvement. Requires extensive experience delivering complex infrastructure projects and strong commercial, leadership, negotiation, and regulatory knowledge.

Own and mature the enterprise Business Continuity Management System across Australia and Asia. Lead business impact analyses, establish recovery objectives, coordinate continuity plans, deliver training, run exercises and simulations, and maintain audit and certification readiness. The role also supports customer and regulator reviews, tracks contractual continuity commitments, and advises senior leadership on operational resilience across critical infrastructure environments.

Lead technical proposal development and tailored fitout engineering for hyperscale, colocation and edge data centre projects. Manage due diligence, design development, facility audits, capacity assessments, multi-discipline coordination, contract risk review, shop drawing oversight, safety-in-design, scope change management, cost input and quality control to deliver executable contract documentation and standardised, scalable designs.

Lead identification and acquisition of land for NEXTDC data centres globally. Define site requirements, evaluate and recommend candidate sites, manage due diligence, negotiate land and utility agreements, ensure grid power and utility viability, and coordinate with executives, engineers, governments, councils and stakeholders to secure approvals and enable accelerated development.
